D1.2 Developing Transition Pathways towards Sustainable Mobility in European Cities
To create a climate-neutral Europe and liveable cities by 2050, transitions towards sustainable urban mobility need to be accelerated. To make these goals possible, cities need a clear long-term vision and a strategic pathway charting these transitions– as well as practical skills in relation to implementation in shorter-term.
This report provides an evidence-based conceptual framework for how such transition pathways might look and implementation strategies for them, whilst and implementation strategies, and provides two sets of practical guidance to support European cities in developing these.
